Shipping policy

1. Standard Shipping: $14.95 (Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days)

2. Express Shipping: $22.95 (Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days)

**Shipping Policy:**

1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase/payment confirmation. Some product may take longer to process but the customer will be notified of timeframe. Please make sure to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Carriers:
- We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex to deliver your orders efficiently and securely.

3. Shipping Rates:
- The rates for Standard Shipping and Express Shipping are $14.95 and $22.95, respectively.

4. Delivery Timeframe:
- Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shipping carrier.
- Express Shipping: If you choose Express Shipping, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. This does not include processing time. EXPRESS SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN FASTER PROCESSING TIME. 

5. Tracking Information:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

6. International Shipping:
- At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

- Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
